1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing any offering from WealthAllMind, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from accessing or using our offerings.

2. Offerings and Refund Policy

2.1 Spiritual and economic training services

We offer personalized training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs designed for business leaders seeking holistic growth. Due to the tailored nature of these services, all transactions are final. However, you may reschedule any session up to 24 hours before its start time or transfer it to another individual with prior notice. If an offering is canceled by WealthAllMind, you will be reimbursed or offered an alternative session.

2.2 Digital products

This includes online courses, guided materials, and recorded sessions. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided that less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Refunds will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 30 days of approval. After this period or access threshold, all sales are final.

2.3 Physical goods

Physical items such as books or merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, reimbursements will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed prior to access or delivery of any offering. We accept major card payments and direct transfers through secure channels.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by WealthAllMind remain the sole property of WealthAllMind. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

WealthAllMind is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our offerings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific offering.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in courts located in Ottawa, Ontario.

7. Changes to Terms

WealthAllMind may update these terms at any time. The effective date of this version is January 1, 2025. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
